All Roads Lead To Southwest Club Open Day

Sunday 28th April saw glorious sunshine and what better way to spend the day than with the Fiveways Herd in Dorset!

Members old and new came together for the day, which saw our Chairman Mr Willie McElroy stand as master judge for the Stock Judging, certainly not the easiest job when presented with a strong selection of cattle!

Later, after bellies had been filled with burgers, cakes and coffee we gathered for a show preparation workshop. This involved clipping, dressing and then washing a excellent young bull. This was then followed by a guided tour of the Fiveways Herd, Finishing off a wonderful day!
