''Star Of Doss'' Shines at Allams

On Tuesday 28th November 2017, Allams Christmas show and sale brought down the final curtain with the last livestock event of its kind to be held at the prestigious Balmoral show grounds in Belfast.

Blondes proved to be a force to reckoned with, when Blonde Bred heifer ‘Star Of Doss’’ from M&B Johnston Toomebridge, not only picked up the Blonde Championship but went one step further and was awarded the Reserve Supreme Champion of the Show. Bred from a Drumraymond bred bull and weighing in at an impressive 660kgs, she was later sold to Belfast restaurant, Morning Star for £2900.
