Saturday 5th March saw steady trading with bulls from the Whitepeak and the Newland herds, both topping the market at 2800gs

First to fetch 2800gs was Whitepeak Raoul from the Mycock Family. Raoul was 19 month old son of the Silverwood Len and from a tremendous female line, with his great granddam being the infamous Marstonmill Penelope Pitstop, who won numerous breed and Interbreed championships during her show career.

Following in his footstep was Newlands Sydney from Thor Atkinson. The youngest entry forwarded on the day, at just 14 months old. Sydney was sired by homebred bull, Newland Orlando and out of Hackleton Lidia.
