The British Blonde Cattle Society are currently seeking a part-time Breed Promotion Manager working 3 days (22.5 hours) a week from home to promote the British Blonde Cattle Breed and the Society to maximise it’s potential.


The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:


  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills.

  • Good interpersonal and networking skills

  • Superb organisational skills

  • Strong numerical, administrative, digital literacy and IT skills.

  • Experience/qualifications in web site and social media communications.

  • A track record of creating and implementing marketing strategies.

  • The ability to write market reports, news articles and press releases.

  • Experience in generating sponsorship and external funding.

  • Leadership and management experience/qualifications.

  • Experience of Event Management.

  • Extensive knowledge and a passion for the beef industry.


The role requires extensive travel across the UK.

Applicants must hold a full UK driving license.


Location: Home-based

Hours: 22.5 hours per week

Salary: £28,000 – £35,000 per year pro-rata, depending on experience
