Worcester Blondes sell to 3,100gns

The British Blonde Cattle Society’s Annual Spring Show and Sale at Worcester recorded a somewhat selective trade but good, correct, balanced sound bulls found favour and sold to a trade reflecting current trends. Top call of the day went to “Rosebank Napoleon” a two year old son of Budore Jim-Bob that won third prize in the preceding Show from Jamie Turnock, Derby levelling at 3,100gns to M K Harrison, Shap, Cumbria. Next in line on price was 2,900gns jointly with “Anod Nemo” from Phillip Parry, Brecon another two year old bull out of a Rodleigh Voyageur Dam and shown successfully in the show classes taking First, Senior Male, Overall Male and Overall Supreme Champion selling to P & S Mellor
